A visit to York is not complete without a journey through the history of the city in this brand new show. Fast-moving sound and film footage introduces us to the fascinating story of York, as told by the popular TV historian Dan Snow.

The perfect starting point for a visit to the city, the History of York is a rapid tour of York's first 2,000 years, showing how powerful the city was in Roman, Viking and Medieval times and inviting you to explore York today.
